Ilana understands the thrill and the devastating defeat of Musky fishing because she has listened to her husband Jeff telling sob stories about it for over 16 years. She felt that the men would have more time on the water if she took over the duties as Treasurer. She is working on a Business Degree so when her husband wants to open his own fishing/hunting store, he can sob to his customers and she will be in the back running the place.

Jeff Don, President
Jeffrey Don President Colorado Chapter #44. Term expires in Dec. 2007. Charter member since 1991. Have served as newsletter editor, RVP, past President, youth director, and was inducted to the Colorado Muskies Inc. Hall of Fame in 2003. Have fished for Muskies in 7 different states and in Canada. Experienced multi-species angler. Love to fish, I just can't get enough of it!!! Jeff owns his own tackle manufacturing company, Westland Tackle.

Forrest & Diane Dykstra, Kids Fishing Derby
Forrest and Diane Dykstra share a passion for fishing. They have fished in a lot of places in Colorado and have passed on their love of fishing to their kids. Every year they have been married they have gone to Lake of the Woods in Ontario, Canada to enjoy the fishing there. Diane has actually been going there since she was 15 years old with her family. They got serious about muskie fishing about 8 years ago and since then have seriously fished for them at LOTW. They also pursue the tiger muskies in Colorado. They enjoy working with kids to pass on the joy of fishing.

Paul Framsted, Program Director
Paul is a founding member of the Colorado Chapter in 1990. He has held numerous positions in the local chapter as well as at the Muskies, Inc. International level. Locally Paul has served as RVP, Program Director, Vice President, Tournament Director and Members Only Fishing Contest Director. He has been involved with Kids Fishing Day since it was first organized, helped organize and work the Muskie booth at sport shows and has served on the Annual Fund Raiser Banquet and Fund Raiser. At the National level Paul was elected to the International Board of Directors as At Large Director in 1998 and served a 2 year term as International President. Paul has also held Committee Chairs for Membership, Fund Raising, Board Meeting and Elections. Paul is a member of the International and the Colorado Chapter Hall of Fame. In 1994 Paul caught the Colorado State Record Tiger Muskie, 50.75 inches, 35 lbs, 10oz at Quincy Reservoir.

Dave Miller, Vice President
Dave started fishing for muskies in the 1960's with his Grandpa, Dad and brothers, in Shell Lake WI. He continues to go to Wisconsin for summer vacations. Dave has fished for Muskies in Canada and many other states. He has been involved in several tournaments with Muskies Inc and is involved in the Kids Fishing Derby and stocking muskies.

Matt Snider, Webmaster
Matt dove into the muskie world with buddies from college while in school in upstate New York, fishing the St Lawrence Seaway near Clayton. The passion has carried through the migration to Colorado where Matt now hunts tigers at various lakes in the state and heads to Ontario shield lakes each year with the same group that began the addiction over ten years ago. A die-hard fly fisherman for warmwater species, Matt runs a website called fishexplorer.com that aims to help others find lakes and maintain current lake conditions in Colorado.

Ann Story, Secretary
Ann has been a Muskies, Inc. member since 1998, although she has been surrounded by the fishing all her life, growing up as the daughter of a fisherman (Ken Karbon). Born and raised in Wisconsin, she moved to Colorado with her family in 1983. Has served the Colorado Chapter as Newsletter Editor and Secretary.
